TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*All packages, unless noted do not include transportation.
*All lodging facilities have been inspected and must meet our highest of standards.
*Full payment for packages MUST be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
*If full payment is not received by above date, we must assume that the reservation is cancelled and all
arrangements must be withdrawn.
*We accept Check, Wire Transfer, Money Order, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express
*Credit Card payments will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of order.
*Checks must be received and cleared before confirmation will be sent.
*All payments will be confirmed by email after processing.
*Prices are subject to change without notice. The best way to secure your rate and quote is to book
your pacakage now.
*All reservations are subject to availability.
*All vouchers for shows, attractions and other reservations will be awaiting guest with room reservation at
selected hotel/cabin. At the request of the guest, we can mail vouchers, registered and certified for an
additional charge of $15.00 (USD)
*CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations are subject to a $49.00 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations made
30 days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive credit in the form of a Reservation
Certificate less the $49.00 administrative fee. The Reservation Certificate is good for one year from the
scheduled arrival date and can only be used for the unit originally reserved. Cancellations made 30 days or
less in advance of a holiday or peak season reservation will receive credit in the form of a Reservation
Certificate less a $100.00 administrative fee. Changes in arrival dates are allowed subject to availability, more
than 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date.
*No cancellations 7 days prior to arrival.
*Cancellations must be FULL ORDER cancellation. No partial cancellations accepted.
*Change of date fees: A $49.00 change of date fee applies only to existing orders.
*Change of dates must be made 8 days prior to arrival, or a cancellation will be in effect.
*We reserve the right to change lodging, shows, attractions, etc if so need to be deemed.
**A1/MTO acts solely as a wholesale ticketing & lodging agent between paying parties and said attractions,
lodging, shows, meals, etc. A1/MTO assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, damage, delay or accident
due to default of any other company or person or for conditions beyond our or their control.
